Visa Black Card

I'm not sure it has the clout of AMEX's Centurion Card, but its obvious who Visa is targeting with their new "Black Card". Unlike the AMEX's invitation-only Centurion Card, Visa is taking applications for its Black Card Program. The card comes with a variety of benefits such as 24hr concierge service, luxury gifts, priority access to airport lounges, and a membership limited to 1% of US residents.
