Last night I caught a screening of "The Taking of Pelham 123". From the trailers the movie seemed a little cookie cutter to me. However, the film does offer up some twists. Denzel was great as usual, and Travolta plays a convincing villain. Tony Scott who directed the film personally drew me in during the opening credits with the song "99 Problems". In my opinion "Pelham" is better than "Domino" but can't touch "Man on Fire".
