Pop-up garage is a shrine for affluent auto-lovers

So, stow-away your Aston Martin in Bond style in this futuristic pop-up Cardok garage. The garage uses a hydraulic platform which can be hidden under a water feature, flowerbed or even a second car. And, at the touch of an electronic key fob you are all set for a perfect garage escape. The pop-up garage has been a major hit in London, eight of them have already been built, four are in production and more than 10 are on order, with interest highest in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Ealing, Dulwich and Highbury. So, if you too want one then the waiting list is already four months long and growing. The lift takes 10 weeks to construct and will cost you upwards of $61,181 depending on how you want it. This price would get you one with a flowerbed or water feature on top. And, if you want a car to be parked on top than it will be close to $72,816, i.e. 50,000 pounds.

The Lamborghini Murciélago LP 670-4 SuperVeloce. Bologna's best automaker has just released official info and pics on its latest mighty Murc, and this one tops them all. As its name suggests, the LP 670-4 SV boasts an increase in power to 670 hp and 487 lb-ft of torque for Lambo's 6.5L V12, all of which was achieved through simply optimizing the engine's valve timing and tweaking the air intake system. Shelby Supercars Ultimate Aero EV

Sure, the Tesla Roadster is a pretty fast electric car, I guess. But the Shelby Supercars Ultimate Aero EV? Well, that's going to be the fastest electric car in the world. I mean, just look at that thing!
It's still in the design phase, but we do know that SSC has at least one 500-HP electric motor designed, and they're considering sticking two of them in one car to create an insane, 1,000-HP beast that doesn't emit a thing. Even more interesting is the drive train, which SSC claims uses a power source that allows for extended time between charges. Like years between charges. I'm not exactly sure how you're going to power a 1,000-HP electric car with two motors for years between charges, but I'm certainly interested in seeing them try. This one is a few years off, but when it does hit, one thing will be for sure: you won't be able to afford it. Via- Gizmodo
