The Hundreds - "The Phoenix" Sunglasses

LA’s own The Hundreds have debut their own Eyeware line with the introduction of The Phoenix sunglasses. It will be available in black, red, blue and tortoise green frames that are handcrafted in Italy. Matching the bold large frames are lightly tinted lens that would provide good protection of the eyes. On the temple of the frame features The Hundreds logo in contrast color. Each pair comes in a black glasses case and these will be available from coming Thursday at both The Hundreds stores in LA and SF. via Freshness

KAWS - The Long Way Home Exhibition

KAWS gets set for a trip across the country with his first solo show in Los Angeles, opening up February 21st, 2009. Entitled “The Long Way Home”, the Brooklyn-based artist showcases his trademark pop culture style in the form of new paintings and sculptural work referencing iconic influences with his brand of clever reinterpretations. Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder

Revealing the Gallardo LP 560-4 early this year, famous Italian supercar maker Lamborghini introduce their convertible version, which will make its debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show today. The Gallardo’s engine was given a 40 hp upgrade from the previous model boasting a 5.2 liter V10 delivering 560 hp and 540 Nm of torque to all four wheels. With a 40% quicker sports shift, the clunky shifting of its precessesor has been eliminated allowing smoothing and faster transition between gears, which will help reach its top speed of its top speed of 324 km/h, with top up or down according to the automaker. Tesla Motors Opens First Dealership in LA

At long last Tesla Motors has opened its first dealership in LA. The $109,000 all-electric sports car has just started shipping to the people who first preordered them. So you can certainly go test drive one in LA now (with more dealerships set to open in other cities in the coming months), but expect to wait 15 months to get one if you decide to place an order.
