Nike Zoom Kobe IV - Officially Unveiled

Nike and Kobe Bryant unveiled (officially) the Zoom Kobe IV, the latest signature sneaker for Kobe and the lightest and strongest basketball sneaker ever. The event took place through a live webcast where media and consumers were able to ask Kobe questions about the Zoom Kobe IV. Officially, the sneaker will be available starting January 1st 2009 in China and the rest of the globe beginning early February 2009. On December 20th, 2008, a extremely limited edition version called the Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Venom” will be available. Additionally, as a surprise this will be one of the first signature basketball sneaker to be launched on Nike iD as well, starting December 25, 2008 through January 31st, 24 consumers a day will be able to custom design a pair of Zoom Kobe IV Cut iD.-Freshness

Nike Hyperdunk - Kobe Bryant & Jackass

Last month, Nike's campaign for the all new Hyperdunk basketball shoe kicked off with a campaign featuring the NBA's 2007/2008 MVP Kobe Bryant leaping over a speeding Aston Martin. Following up on this, Kobe and the Hyperdunk's latest spot also incorporates the Jackass crew with the backdrop featuring a pool filled with snakes. Of course with the inclusion of Jackass, it's more then safe to assume there's some added comedic value involved in the video.
